Horizon Lake is a brand new subdivision in Leander, Texas with home prices starting in the low $400,000s. The models are nearly complete and sales are happening now.
This week I drove through the development and videoed this windshield tour.
I’m Dan Forbes, Broker of Forbes Realty here in Leander and I’ve been watching this new development come on line. For months now they have been moving dirt, laying down streets, and getting ready to build.
Horizon Lake is located on RM 2243 (Leander Road) just east of HWY 183 in Leander. Residents will enjoy being so close to all that Austin has to offer while avoiding the city traffic. Leander is a suburb-city about 30 minutes North of Austin.
This week I took a drive through the development. The roads are open, models are almost completed and sales are happening. In fact I counted about 8 foundations being prepared. Buyers can do virtual tours or visit models in other Pulte communities.
Horizon Lake will have 500 homes built by Pulte. Leander has exploded with growth this last decade. All the conveniences one could want are within a 10-20 minute drive. Shopping, recreation, schools, hospitals, and more. When you live in Horizon Lake you feel like you live in the country but are actually close to city amenities.
