The Pandemic has changed the way we work. Not only are 38% of workers working from home, but 72% expect to continue working from home after the Pandemic.

The survey highlighted these attributes of Cedar Park, Texas for those working from home:

  1. Affordability: The median home price is $342,000
  2. Parks.  81% of residents live within a 10 minute walk of a park.
  3. Dining out. Cedar Park is home to 5 restaurants for every 1,000 residents.
