We are currently under a Stay-At-Home order in both Travis and Williamson Counties. Yet, I’m still working with buyers and sellers….VIRTUALLY.

Here’s what’s happening by the numbers comparing THIS week with the SAME week one year ago (2019):
– New Listings down 36.5%
– Pending Listings down 53.3%
– Sold Listings down 30.46%

Yet, in the last 7 days we have:
– 584 New Listings
– 633 Pending Listings
– 550 Sold Listings
