Today was a normal day of real estate activities. This is my life.
I spent some time following up a successful closing yesterday. My Seller clients were very happy having sold their home for full price in a short time.
The processing of the closing file involves making sure all the necessary documents are uploaded to my transaction management system.
My morning was spent on the phone following up with Seller and Buyers, as well as prospective clients.
Then a 90 minute lunch conversation with a real estate coach and trainer. We shared ideas about business, marketing, and where the real estate industry is heading.
Next I drove to one of my listings which is under contract. As a result of the home inspection I have been meeting various repair people to obtain estimates and oversee the work. This is an added value to my clients.
Finally, I met with a prospective buyer who wanted to see another one of my listings. I shot this video while waiting on their arrival. After this video was shot that buyer decided to make an offer on the house. Stay tuned.
