As a matter of fact, the medium price of a home in Austin is $320,000 which is up 73 over the last 10 years! And the two hottest ZIP codes right now in the Austin market is Cedar Park and Leander. And then closely following that is Pfluegerville. Right now, in these hot zip codes, those prices are also going up.
As a matter of fact, in Cedar Park, the median price of the current homes on the market is $327,000. The median price of the homes in Leander is $288,000. And in Pfluegerville, $268,000.
