Parkside on the River in Georgetown, Texas is a brand new community featuring five builders: Highland Homes, Taylor Morrison, Perry Homes, M/I Homes, and Coventry Homes. Once built out, this master-planned community will have 1500 homes. Models are currently under construction and I am working with buyers who are having homes built this year.

Parkside on the River is served by two highly respected school districts: Leander Independent School District and Georgetown Independent School District. Georgetown ISD serves 12,000 students while Leander ISD serves 41,000 students.
