Both articles are worth reading and reveal that the real estate market is affected by various factors. Understanding the market as it relates to specific sellers and buyers is as much an art as it is a science.
One big challenge in our market is this, “Three point nine million is the number of homes the National Association of Realtors expects to be sold in the United States this year… It’s the lowest number we’ve had since 1995.”
Currently, Austin is one of the worst markets for Sellers in the whole nation. I’ve been blessed with success in this market where 77% of agents haven’t sold a single home this year. I’m grateful to God.
