- Everything is brand new. Don’t you just love that new car smell when you buy a brand new car? Well, multiply that by 10 or 100 and that’s how you’ll feel with a new home. It’s brand new, clean, and everything works.
- Maintenance and Repair Worries Don’t Exist. During the first number of years you won’t have to worry about things breaking down. If they do, they are most likely covered by a warranty.
