Chic-Fil-A real estate. Who would have guessed it?
No, I don’t think this phenomenal restaurant franchise will enter the real estate industry. But, what if they did? What would be their focus and strategy?
In this video, I’m standing outside the Chic-Fil-A restaurant at University Boulevard here in Round Rock, Texas, and right next door is a McDonald’s. Now, to date, McDonald’s has sold billions and billions of hamburgers. But between the two fast food restaurants, Chic-Fil-A beats McDonald’s every day.
Chic-Fil-A decided that not only would they sell chicken instead of burgers, but that they would focus on quality of food and quality of service. And I tell you what, you can hardly even get into this restaurant because of the crowd. And it’s just an ordinary day.
Now, early on in my career as a REALTOR, I decided that I would focus on delivering the highest quality service and results to my clients. And that is a winning combination for those that choose to work with me.
So, you could focus on quantity….I mean, we know that McDonald’s sells more sandwiches than Chic-Fil-A, but between the two restaurants, the public has spoken. They believe that Chic-Fil-A offers the highest value, and that’s why most people seem to prefer Chic-Fil-A. And most of my clients seem to prefer Dan Forbes …. - Don’t try to be the cheapest because in the long run it doesn’t best serve the customer
