If you’re like most buyers when you first start thinking about buying a home you go to the internet. In fact, 92 percent of buyers begin their home search online.
DANGER:
If you go to public web sites like Zillow.com, REALTOR.com, remax.com or any other dot com you’ll start getting spammed.
When you go to those kinds of sites and want to “favorite” a listing or “save” a listing or “save” a search you’re going to have to give up your email address and phone number. Then your information is going to be sold to real estate agents and mortgage brokers.
You become a “lead” which is sold to agents and brokers.
Your inbox is going to be filled with spam. Your phone is going to start ringing. You’ll wish you had never given out your info.
That’s what happens!

I have an app called HomeScout that I will give to you for FREE! And, you won’t get spammed. Your info will be kept absolutely and not sold or shared with anyone.
