This week I sold one of the few homes still available for purchase in Palmera Ridge. It is a gorgeous two story home with a magnificent view of the the hill country.
The home is under construction. Framing is complete and drywall is next. It should be finished in 3-4 months.
Like most Austin area builders, Perry Homes has been building inventory homes. They select the lot, the plan, the most popular features and options and start building. Whey they are about 3-4 months before completion they offer the home for sale.
Finding new construction in the Leander area has been a challenge. That being said, as a real estate broker, I am the boots on the ground to help my buyer clients.
