So, this one thing is killing most real state agents. Have you ever had a real estate agent call you and say, hey, are you thinking about selling your home? or Are you thinking about buying a home? In other words, Hey, can you help me earn my next commission?
You know, consumers out there I hate to be sold to, and the consumer is not out there to help me as a real estate agent earn a commission. At least that’s not my philosophy.
So what I’m trying to do in my business is I’m trying to turn that around, flip it completely upside down. And the way I approach my business is when I have a conversation with you, I’m asking, Hey, is there anything in the world that I could do for YOU? And you see how that is totally different.
No wonder the month of November, the month of December, I am one of the top producers in RE/MAX 1 here in Cedar Park. I mean, it is paying off. So what can I do for you? That’s what I want to know. And if I do enough things, to help enough people, then I tell you what, my business is gonna take care of itself.
