I’m here in Santa Rita Ranch in Liberty Hill, TX today to meet with my clients and do a pre drywall walkthrough of their new home that’s being built. And there it is, right behind me. A beautiful two story home… could be completed… probably in about three months.
So we actually met here before the beginning of the year, picked out the lot, signed the contract, and now it’s been exciting to see the home come up out of the ground and going to be done in just a few months.
As a Realtor, I am with my client’s step by step throughout the whole process, all the way to closing and then beyond, because, I mean, that’s just a part of what I do as a REALTOR.
So we’re meeting here in just a few moments, we’re going to do a walk through with the construction manager, see how things are going and get an update.
