Our market is a fast moving, sizzling, unprecedented, crazy market right now. I really can’t find enough adjectives to describe what’s going on. But I’m confident in my predictions.
What’s Happening?
It’s not uncommon for homes to sell within the first few hours of hitting the market for tens of thousands above asking and with multiple offers. Did I say multiple offers. I’ve heard of as many as 94 offers on one home.
Last weekend my Buyer tried to buy a home and we lost in the bidding war. We were one of 45 offers on the home.

Why is this Happening?
The pandemic has changed our market. Inventory is at an all time low as many sellers are on the sidelines. At the same time, people are flocking to Austin. Investors want to buy here. Families want to move here. In fact our population is growing my over 150 new people every day.
