One thing I love about the real estate business is making people happy. Often times a new client is referred to me from another happy client. That’s exactly how I met Jeffrey.
Last year I had the opportunity of helping his fiancee, Liz find a home in Cedar Park, Texas. Since then, she met Jeffrey and their relationship has developed and grown into a love affair.
The result? One happy client introduces me to another.
About six weeks ago Liz introduced me to Jeffrey. We started looking at homes and put an offer in on one home. However, the seller was unwilling to accept our offer. So, we moved on.
We looked at about eight other homes and found the perfect match. The negotiation went smoothly. Loan approval was a breeze. And, today we closed.
